The Hotel is perfectly located
If you have a hire car there is easy parking in the Hotel at 43 dollars
The rooms are a little old fashioned but absolutely fine
We were disappointed the Hotel Bar was shut and the roof terrace bar only open certain nights but that was never mentioned overall however it was reasonable value and as I say Location was perfect for central Boston

The room was clean and looked nice and modern. The beds were very comfortable and we were surprised to have a balcony overlooking the city. Couldn't have asked for a better location either. We were able to get everywhere we needed easily, either by foot or train.

We loved the location and the ease of getting about town. Zack was outstanding. They also gave us a free upgrade the first day. We also got complimentary late checkout

The restaurant was way understaffed Mother's Day. No hostess, only one server who was the bar tender as well. Took forever but we felt bad for him. No shampoo in our shower and no bedding or pillows for the sleeper sofa until we called the front desk.
