Positives: The location and views were great. We were impressed with the room and cleanliness of the hotel.
Negatives: I was disappointed with the breakfast and waitstaff who consistently missed parts of our order. It took 20 mins from when we were seated to when we got coffee with only 3 other tables filled. Also, $9 for a small glass of Tropicana orange juice is crazy.

Positives: Really nice hotel room with a small balcony that overlooked Copley Square and Cambridge. Very comfortable. AND great location for a short walk to many different shops, restaurants, and Boston Common & Boston Public Gardens.
Negatives: The room didn't have a fridge.

Positives: The staff were very incredible! I got there a few hours earlier then expected and they were able to get me in my room within minutes. And I had a nice little surprise on my birthday. The Front Desk team got me a bottle of champagne waiting for me!
