Negatives: Toilets flushing were extremely noisy. Could here all of them flushing during the night. AC very loud as well. Bathrooms need updating. Rebels guild wasnÂ't open, so no food option, just expensive to go items. Rooftop didnÂ't offer wines by the glass!

Positives: Amazing decor not only in the rooms but in the lobby too! It has its own parking garage so itÂ's easier to get back-and-forth to your car
Negatives: It does cost an additional $42 a night to park in the parking garage. An unexpected charge

Positives: The best part of the hotel was the location to the public gardens and trains.
Negatives: Did not like that you have to ask for a refrigerator and the plumping was weak needed to flush 2/3 times. Plus, you need to ask for towels to be brought to your room and garbage to be picked up. The fitness area was not in use.

Negatives: The bartender was extremely rude and didnÂ't want to serve guests who sat outside on August 5th. He complained about other guests to the server in front of us. His attitude was awful. Also, there was cracker trash in our room so our room was not cleaned

Positives: The staff was very accommodating. The hotel and rooms were neatly themed to the historic context of our visit. The rooftop bar was amazing.
Negatives: Needs air circulation in the central halls. Floors of the elevators are worn. Lots of construction in the area making it appear sketchy- should be on the website along w/checkin times. Also inform patrons to make a resv for rooftop bar when booking.
