Featuring several dining options and a beautiful indoor pool with a glass ceiling, this hotel is located just off I-90 and is 0.6 mi from Copley Square in Boston. A fitness center is available. The modern rooms of the Sheraton Boston Hotel provide spacious windows and a 55-inch flat-screen cable TV. A coffee maker is also included. A computer lounge with free WiFi is located in the lobby. The Sheraton Hotel Boston is 0.9 mi from the Museum of Fine Arts. Boston Common is 1.7 mi away and the hotel is attached to the Prudential Center. Transformation is in progress. We are currently undergoing renovations to our guest rooms, restaurant, and lobby until December 1, 2024.

An enjoyable stay.
Positives:
The proper appears super nice online. The workers were so friendly and accommodating. It was not listed on Booking.com that the property is undergoing extensive renovations. The restaurant was not open at all no bar either. The problem is we came with kids and expected to be able to take them down for breakfast or dinner at the hotel. One of our children is special needs. We would have chosen another hotel. The maid service was great it has been a long time since I have stayed at a hotel that does room service everyday again after Covid. Much appreciated. Nice views of the city.

Very outdated. No food available during the renovations that we had no clue about when booking. Water was shut off with little warning for the construction as well. Bathroom tub was very chipped up.

The location was great and right in the middle of the backbay

The room was incredibly outdated, with outlets so worn that they couldn't even hold a charger plug and no USB outlets available. The bed had only a cover sheet, exposing the old mattress, and the furniture was so worn and dingy that sitting on it seemed unthinkable.

It was a great location and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was under construction while I was there which I didn’t know ahead of time. Because of this, there were loud construction noises I could hear in my bathroom while getting ready in the morning. The hotel restaurant/bar was also shut down for construction. For the small size of the room and also the inconvenience of construction, it felt overpriced.

The room had a few problems such as very low water pressure in the bathroom sink (the shower was OK) and a broken coffee maker. These problems were not serious, merely mildly annoying.

Staff were incredibly friendly, and accomodating.
Upon arrival the room I was given had a few stains on the woodworks, however as soon as it was reported it was resolved. I was moved to a lovely room and proceeded to have an excellent stay.
Negatives:
There is no natural air within your hotel, and this can make the hotel feel suffocating at times.
i am someone who sleeps with the window open at home, so it felt restrictive at times.
The current furnishing is out dated in the rooms, as is the toilet flush. However I do believe there was a mention of renovation at some point in the future.

water was shut off from 10:A.M. to late afternoon. Work with jackhammers took place from 18th floor and up. So sorry I paid full rate for this hotel and was not notified of these disturbances prior to my booking.
