The location was perfect. The room was quiet and we slept well. We loved being able to store our bags before and after checkout since we didn't have a car.
Negatives:
It was rather expensive and it was a little outdated inside. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work and our toilet got plugged up.

The staff was nice, the restaurant was good, conveniently located close to the hospital.

It didn't feel very clean. The carpets being replaced would probably make a huge difference. Also, I paid $50 for early check in and they didn't even have to check if the room was available, went straight in and the time didn't matter, seems unnecessary. The toilet was awful

Positives:
The location was great. We were there for an event at TD Garden. We could walk there and back and the options for restaurants within walking distance was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
The water was really soft and the water pressure in the shower was disappointing. It took forever to get the shampoo rinsed out of my hair and the body wash never felt like it came off. I felt less clean getting out of the shower than I did going in.
The AC unit was like a jet engine. The temperature control was not in line with what the AC did. I was freezing, so I turned the temp up to 72 and nothing changed. I was still cold and my husband and I were still struggling to hear one another. But it did act like a white noise machine and covered up the noises from surrounding rooms and the hallway.
There is no mini fridge, which I think I knew when I booked the room, but I'm so used to it being an amenity that I was a little surprised to not find one.

Satisfying experience
Positives:
The room was on the 2nd floor which also had rear access to the ground floor which was good for me as I am a smoker.
My room was close to an exit, and it was easy for me to get outside for a cigarette. The bed was very comfortable,
the showers were hot, and the room temperature control was great. The Hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly,
Especially the valets out front! They were very Helpful, and I give them alone 5 Stars!
Negatives:
I only had two issues with my stay.
1) When I booked my room, I did not know about the $60,00 a day parking fee. had I known this before I had paid online for this hotel I may have booked elsewhere. I was surprised when I found out after I had paid. Overall, I am still Happy with my stay and would stay again.
2) Breakfast was $18.00 and not worth the value. I had A Tomato Bacon and Cheese Omelet and only found the Bacon in the last few bites. The bacon was so small I thought it was a joke.
