Staff was wonderful. The ambient temperature in the room was perfect. The food was phenomenal.
Negatives:
The room rugs were stained and looked dirty (glad we brought slippers!) The desk chair also had stains on it.

The location was fair and reasonable and the room was clean but the price for this hotel was not. I find this hotel on the outside not very neat and clean for the money i paid to stay.

I find this hotel on the outside not clean and tidy for the money i paid to stay and the people didn't seem to be friendly. I didn't appreciate an alarm going off in the middle of the night 3:45 a.m. and no warning from the staff what was going on. Seems very irresponsible.

We thought it would be more luxurious
Positives:
I like how close it was to the Subway 7min walk. It was also very spacious and clean. 2ND floor of this has an exit to whole foods and cvs which was a plus.
Negatives:
The beds where on the smaller side. I have gotten full beds before but for some reason these seemed smaller.
