Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The room was tired. Needs to be renovated. It was pretty clean, but felt less clean because of chips, deteriorating wallpaper and wood trim. Restaurant was cheerful, food good, service very good.

It accommodated us for the one night we stayed. It was clean! It looked like a lovely indoor courtyard pool cafe area. Separate restaurant for dinner looked nice.

Very outdated, wallpaper peeling in bathroom, no fridge or microwave, limited lighting in room.

Close to the highway. Glad we had camping gear to handle the cold in our room

Check in was slow - no one at the desk for 10 minutes. The halls had a stench of covered up mildew. The heat did not work. Room run-down, barely clean. Shower barely functional. Lobby coffee urn empty. Staff knew better than to ask about my stay! UGH

My room was spacious. I liked that is was quiet.
Negatives:
I had to wait numerous times at the front desk for an attendant to come to the desk. Up to 10 minutes waiting for someone at checkin. When checking out I asked about extending my stay for a day and the attendant quickly said no and was rude likeinansering
