Room they tried putting me in was not clean. The sheets were messy as they were used. Bathroom was dirty with pee in the toilet. Asked for a new room. They gave a new room with no pillow covers and no towels. My key cards had to keep getting reset. Loud other tenants. They allow dogs that bark all night.

Not much, terrible location, no shops around, nothing to like about this place

I got some personal situation during the night and while waiting for the detective officers I was informed that i cannot listen to music at the reception, even the stuff member did it the other day. I do not way to disclose what but something terrible happened to me. Instead of giving me some support, I got kicked out from the hotel and till now I have not received the money back.

The hotel price for a week we were homeless and we would book week to week.

Comfortable and friendly staff
Positives:
Check-in did not take long. Bed was comfortable. When we returned for the evening, desk clerk Ashley, helped us as best she could by getting us another TV remote that worked. She also put a shower curtain up for us. The breakfast station was nice.
Negatives:
The room keys did not work so the desk clerk had to let us in when needed. Did not have working TV remote control.. Informed batteries at desk and the desk clerk gave the batteries to me asking me to put them in since she did not know how or ask my husband. A screw driver was needed and it still did not work after I changed the batteries. No shower curtain in the bathroom. No electrical outlet in the bathroom.
