Negatives: Had to wait in the lobby for a long time before someone came to check us in, and when they did could not find our reservation and acted Luke, it was no big deal.

Negatives: To call that a kitchen was a joke. The bed was awful.

Negatives: The fact either the hotel or Booking is a rip off . It was supposed to be$252 for 2 nights and we were charged $381. For that semi dump nope not worth it we fighting the charge now.

Negatives: Breakfast left a lot to be desired. We were heading to a competition and the granola bar for my kid was not enough to suffice.

Negatives: To call that a kitchen was a joke. The bed was awful.

Negatives: It wasn’t clean. I left to buy a bottle of bleach spray and once I started spraying the shower, yellow liquid was running down the walls. It was disgusting. There were pieces of hair in the shower & a completely different texture of hair on the towel. There were stains on the towel.

Negatives: We reserved the room through Booking.com for two rooms at about $357 for one night which we agree with. When we checked in, the hotel scanned my credit card for incidental damage as usual. We were a bit early for check in but they had one room ready so we could put our bags in as we wanted to catch a subway into Boston. The front desk had problems getting the room key programmed to work for one of the rooms, so that evening they let us in with a master key. When our credit card bill arrived we saw that in addition to the Booking.com charge we also were billed by Extended Stay America Suites on two separate charges, one for $155.69 and a second one for $255.69 on September 13. I called Extended Stay and the customer service rep said he only showed one bill charged to me for $155.69. He told me I needed to correct the problem with Booking.com even though the problem appears to lay with the hotel. So far I still have an additional charge of $411.38 from the hotel. The stay was okay outside of the room key problem and the major billing issue.
