In room coffee maker issue. I usually enjoy tea at end of day, I attempted twice to brew a cup of tea with a tea bag from home but ended up with coffee-grounds in my tea. Microwaveable cup would have solved the issue. The ones provided did not work in microwave.

Functional hotel with good access...
Positives:
The breakfast pretty good. The location was good. The night manager did not answer the phone at night leaving us stranded at Target for 1 hr. It was awful. The next night, I washed all our clothes, but the dryer did NOT work. We had to go to the laundromat to finish drying the clothes. When my husband called to be picked up, the night desk person never picked up the phone so we finally ubered back to the hotel. This same night clerk, never told me to buy detergent at the desk, so, as exhausted as I was, I had to walk back to the desk to purchase detergent. Then, as I said, the dryer did not work. Adding to our frustration, the first night there were people right next to our room checked in around ten and they had their music on so loud, the bass shook us out of bed. The next evening, an entire team of youth hockey players were screaming and playing hockey in the hall. When I said to the female in charge that this was not a hockey rink, her comment was, “it’s a hotel, and children are allowed to play. So, our sleeping was difficult at best.
Negatives:
A more professional night clerk. The van had 1/2 bottles of old water in all the cup holders. A dryer that didn’t work. More staff to manage the impolite hockey team and loud couple in room.
