Negatives: It smelled awful, the room was kind of dirty, there was trash under the couch bed, the couch looked torn apart and ripping, it also looked like it had just been painted and the paint was splattered everywhere and painters tape was left up everywhere. The toilet seat was hardly tightened and we almost fell off and got hurt every time we used the toilet. We also didn’t end up using one of the rooms we booked and was told we could get a refund for it but when I tried reaching out to someone to ask about it I have yet to receive a response.

Negatives: I didn’t like the morning manager tall gentleman. Very rude and disrespectful

Negatives: My stay was honestly terrible. When we checked in in the afternoon, the room had a very strong smell of marijuana, and the refrigerator made a loud, constant noise thatwas extremely frustrating. I went to the reception to ask for a room change, but they told me they couldn’t move us and only gave me the manager’s business card. We had no other place to go, so we stayed. The first morning, I woke up with two bites on my arm and thought they were from a mosquito. We returned to the room at night, but we couldn’t sleep because we kept feeling like there were insects around. The next morning, we discovered they were bedbugs. I was completely covered in bites. When we checked out, the manager was very kind and told us we would receive a full refund. However, the charge is still showing as “pending” on my account, and the transaction has not been closed. Later, I received an email from Booking asking if I had stayed at the property, and although I confirmed, it wouldn’t allow me to report the issue properly.
