Between Thursday, Oct 10th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Oct 11th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Oct 11th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 11, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Nothing

Negatives: They overbooked and didn't honor our reservation when we attempted to check in. It was late in the evening, and they didn't seem to care as the front desk clerk Brian said, they overbook ALL THE TIME, and our paid reservation doesn't guarantee a room. There was nothing available in surrounding towns and we ended up sleeping in our car. I will find out if there's a way to a legal action, but I highly doubt it. Stay away from this horrible business at all costs, and spread the word.
