Positives: The staff tried hard to help. There were lots of people complaining about cleanliness and broken things. We needed the sofa bed mattress replaced, which they did. I also had to ask for a hair dryer since there wasn't one in the room. They brought one.
Negatives: The whole place smelled bad. The state of the nice design was shabby. And it was the most expensive of our 5 day trip in the area.

Negatives: This is the first hotel I have visited that did not offer hot coffee in the lobby. Only the small coffee maker in the room was an option. Don't know if this is a new money saving trend or not.
