Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives:
The location was great. Right near a lot of food and amenities, as the hotel doesn't have a restaurant in it. The neighborhood was easy to get around by walking. There is certainly plenty to do around.
Negatives:
The room was not up to par. There was water leaks at some point around the window from the stain marks. The bedding linen had hair in it, the sheets had hair in them as well and some red spots. The rug needs to be replaced, it is heavily worn out. The paint on the walls is coming off and there was a smell that was a little unpleasant. The appliances in the unit could be updated as well. The hallway had a smell and trash in it. The breakfast was lukewarm warm coffee and fruit bars. For the price it seems like a great idea but be careful what your purchasing.

The hotel is dirty. Had to beg for extra towels and a second blanket. It’s not a nice place but I had no other choice I could afford and was not feeling well so I had to stay.

Booked 2 rooms and after providing 2 rooms, one of the room was already provided to other guest and we were told no rooms are available now. other room the bathroom does not work and when complained the response was you can leave as there is nothing to be done to fix as the maintenance guy comes only tomorrow

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! The overnight front desk staff was so kind, apologetic and extremely helpful. He needs a raise!! Hopefully he can find a better job because he does not deserve the brunt of these situations…especially being left there with the property in this condition and dealing with disgruntled customers. WHAT A SHAME!!!

Horrible conditions. I am far from a picky person. This is a welfare hotel, a lot of traffic in and out constantly. The front desk staff was very apologetic and helpful. After check in we arrived to our room to smell cat urine, saw dead roaches and the room was never cleaned from the guests prior….bed not made, garbage on the floor, pet treats smashed in the carpet.
