I had booked through a 3rd party and was told breakfast buffet was included but it was not. There was a hair in the shower around the hold bar it was blonde and we have black hair, not too big of deal and I can see how it could have been missed by housekeeping it was short and very light in color, other than that the room was nice and clean.

Staff was very rude, questioned me about several things that i’ve never been asked before and acted like i didn’t know what i was doing. Acted like they hated their job, all 3 different employees we spoke too. I’ve traveled a lot and booked a lot of hotels, and Boston has been one of the worst when it comes to friendliness.

Upon immediate arrival I noticed only 3 towels for our 4-person occupancy. The tissues were all soaking wet out of the box. Half a roll of toilet paper left, no backup roll. Out of toothbrushes to buy. 2nd and 3rd morning, no coffee, “all out.” Front desk offered to get another pot going then quickly realized “oh sorry, we’re out of cups.” The water pressure was underwhelming. The bathroom smelled musty. On our last morning there, housecleaning came barging into our room at 8:27am. Thankfully, my husband had just gotten up and was able to stop them at the door, the rest of us were still sleeping. While the staff were all kind and had smiles on their faces, the overall experience was just poor. Not what I expected from a Hilton.

The back of the hotel outside the pool area has a lot of potential. However, it was haphazard furnished, messy and basically only used for smokers. I think it would be great to see the area improved.
