The room was laid out well with a desk and a couch.

The bathroom had no heat and it was freezing in there. I had to use the chair to hold the door open to get heat into there. The food at breakfast was gross. I couldn’t eat it. Also make sure you check your receipt. I had paid for breakfast ahead of time but then was still charged for it. They took it off

It is placed in a quiet location, conveniently near stores and restaurants. Friendly staff, and its check out at noon (most places is at 11).

I understand that there are renovations taking place bringing dust into the air. but I know this is temporary

I was able to check-in quite early, which I was very grateful for. The bedroom was quite spacious and had a long desk for working on a laptop. The staff also let my group use a boardroom.
Negatives:
The staff member who checked me in was wonderful, but the rest of the staff were not really friendly or welcoming. I did not try the breakfast, but I heard from fellow traveller's that it was quite bad and definitely not worth the $17+ they charged for it. The room door was not easy to open. It took me several tries push it open and it needed a strong push which sounded like I was breaking in. The vinyl flooring in the entrance to the room and bathroom was dirty. The shower never reached adequate heat regardless of the time of day. There is a heater/ac unit in the room. It was critical to keep the room at a warm temperature, but would kick in every 15-20 minutes through the night, which was extremely disturbing. The staff member who checked me in had explained they are undergoing renovations which might explain some of the issues I experienced...As one colleague mentioned, it felt more like an econolodge with the Hilton stamp put on it.

Comfortable bed and pillow. Bathroom very bright and clean.
Negatives:
Had to wait 20 min to check in due to issue with another guest. Water pressure was horrible. AC/heating was so loud had to shut off. Bedding potentially gave me hives. TV remote setup didn't work until you played around with setttings. Hallway was dark and creepy walking alone at night. Bathroom was frigid.
