Positives:
The room. breakfast, and location were great. The room was spacious, quiet, and well equipped for an extended stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. The lighting was good, and there was plenty of table and desk space.
Negatives:
About the only things I would suggest are hooks or a shelf for clothes in the bathroom, and towel racks in the sink area and kitchen.

The headboard was very worn and slightly dirty, there was pieces of duct tape along the side of the headboard, a few random stains on the furniture/carpet, and the baseboards were very scuffed/dirty.

Positives:
Staff was friendly, upbeat, and flexible. They very kindly accommodated our difficulty determining the length of our stay, as it depended on a fluctuating hospital discharge date. Breakfast was very nice.
Negatives:
The toilet didn't flush in our first room, so we had to move. Toilet paper holder was broken, lamp shade was stained and worn, some wall damage was not repaired/painted.
