Positives:
The air-conditioning/did not work at all it was 88 degrees in the room the staff cannot do anything about it. It seemed like one manager did not care about the situation. was not worth the money. Also paying for breakfast in the morning was not worth to eat there at all. Just horrible experience overall I would love to have someone call me.

The heater and air conditioner...
Positives:
Great staff, friendly and very responsive. Great location. Safe walking path near the hotel. Stores and restaurants within walking distance of hotel.
Negatives:
Rooms were extremely hot each night. Something was going on with the air. Room thermostat displayed it was set to 65F but the actual temperature was 85f - 89F. Finally front desk brought fans to the room. Even with the fans and windows open, we had to take cold showers morning and afternoon and was still sweating when we came out.

Walls were too thin. Management harassed us because the people in the room kept complaining about our tv at 10pm on a sat night. It was not loud. We were laying in bed watching tv.

Positives:
Facilities were warm and comfortable even in the dead of winter. Stayed for a night to visit Harvard for fellowship and employment opportunities. 66 bus can take you right to main campus, no car required. Wish there was a room with a bathtub though because hot water is the best way to recover from bitter cold when you're walking all day.
Negatives:
Would prefer bathtub to get off my feet as pedestrian with no car. Also contact less pay terminals for check in and checkout are preferable especially if traveling in the elements. Free breakfast included would have been better but it was really good for $22. Put a Dunkin Donuts in the lot and I could live there.

Room was beautiful and well kept. Much more enjoyable than that which I experienced with other hotel stays. The staff was wonderful and made for an excellent stay.
Negatives:
Water pressure in the shower was very low compared to what we are used to. It would also have been nice to be made aware of parking charge.
