Negatives: Property is in very old condition everything is worn out Rugs smell very bad acc terrible shower terrible omg for the price wouldn’t stay again.very important ask was is occupancy rate and tourism assessment tax 1.5%. I mean don’t you have to occupy the hotel and don’t you have a hotel for all people or just locals tourist its all there is it’s a scam.it is crazy to thing a hotel charges you to occupancy o stay plus the rate why??don’t stay here unless you have to better options

Positives: Our king size bed room had a balcony, the bed has motion sensors to light the floor at night. Changing room off set from bedroom with nice full length mirror. Easy valet parking and retrieval of car. Food was great at dinner.

Positives: The friendliness of " all" the staff. Also we ( my son and I really feel they went above and beyond for our comfort, by having our room ready and waiting for us when our schedule was changed due to work on the rail road. Creating an inconvenience for us and the Hyatt .The hotel staff had our room ready for us to check into when we arrived at 11a.m.Not having us wait to 3!
