The hotel staff is superb. We were in Cambridge for my husband’s surgery and were so well taken care of at the restaurant, by the front desk (Devon and all the staff), the wine and coffee (thanks Ben!). Very grateful!

Pet friendly! This was our first hotel stay with our dog. The hotel was super pet-friendly and will become our go-to chain when we travel with our dog.
Convenient that the hotel is attached to the shopping mall parking lot. I prefer this to valet, since I was in Boston to do a bunch of errands and needed the car multiple times throughout the stay.
I liked that the gym was on the top floor (light) and 24 hour accessible.
Negatives:
Gym could be bigger. There wasn’t enough floor space to work with weights when there was more than one guest who wanted to use the weights.

The room was very noisy as it was near housekeeping & staff work area.
It’s now more than 3 months after the check out until now haven’t received the security deposit refund deposited at the hotel reception at the time of check in, in-spite of numerous emails reminders sent to the hotel.
