Great location. Awesome pool.
Negatives:
Customer service was an issue. Booked with booking.com, and tried to make a change to the reservation. Some of the staff at the front desk were very helpful and changed our reservation. Others said they couldn't because we booked through booking.com. We decided to cancel our last night in the hotel. The front desk staff said they would honor our request for cancellation. However, when booking.com sent the request they denied it (after we had left). If you book here with booking.com, don't plan to make any changes. Other than that, hotel was good.

The pool was nice, the room was comfortable.
Negatives:
I didn’t like I had to pay for parking on top of my room stay. If I pay for a room I should be able to park without paying extra. Also, my daughter noticed two mice in the lobby which I know mice can be common but I felt like we as guests shouldn’t have to worry about that.

Got a wonderful king suite. It was amazing. It sincerely exceeded our expectations. The view alone was worth the price. Every amenity was provided.The bed was super comfortable. Everywhere was immaculate The staff were all more than accommodating.

This is a must stay!
Positives:
We liked that there was white hot chocolate at the lobby and we were given complimentary appetizers at the restaurant as well as breakfast for the long wait. We understood as they were a tower and an elevator down. Their staff Naima was very helpful and amazing. Loved the riverview room they gave us overlooking Charles River and city of Boston.
Negatives:
Long wait but they did make it up to us so it's no biggie.

The food and the location were great. Only tried one of the 2 restaurants but the food and service were great. Location was 5 mons from Quincy market which was super convenient
Negatives:
The bathroom in our room wasn’t that clean. Mold and dust in the vents and the plumbing was horrible. The toilet would clog with little effort. And the pool wasn’t as pictured at all. The tiles were falling apart and the pool area was cold. Water wasn’t that warm and the was AC running in the pool area on our second night which made it impossible to get in the indoor pool with our kids.
