Positives: Great breakfast!! Spacious rooms - love having a full refrigerator
Negatives: Air conditioning did NOT hold a cold temp during the days. We had it set at 66 and during the day the room would go to 72-74, even though we never changed the setting on the AC once we set it to 66. Pool was almost cloudy in the deep end — could see ‘film’ on the water

Negatives: I’ve never had an experience like the one my family has had to endure at the Homewood suites in Canton, MA. When we arrived the room was very warm, about 80 degrees. When I tried to adjust the AC it did not work. I reported this to the front desk via text message (7:09 pm) because when I tried to come down and tell a desk agent directly earlier in the day no one was there. We slept through night one in a room that was 80+ degrees, and I reported the issue again to the front desk again via text (10:19am), because there was no one available again when we left for Boston earlier Monday morning. I finally received a response from my text at 12:06pm stating that an engineer would be up to the room while we were exploring the city and would fix it. Then I don’t know what happened but I’ll do my best to explain it. At 12:41pm unbeknownst to me I received an email from Hilton notifying me of my having “checked out”. At this time I was in the city of Boston trying to enjoy a day with my family. We hadn’t checked out, in fact my reservation was for two more nights. At 3:28pm I received an email from Rebecca Collin’s who I believe is a sales manager at the hotel asking me to call the hotel ASAP. She followed that email up with a phone call at 3:29 where she left me a message telling me to call her back and pay an additional charge if we intended to stay another night. I guess because they checked us out housekeeping went through our room and found all of our items still there when attempting to turn it over for another guest? I was enjoying time with my family in the city when Barry from the front desk sent me a text message at 4:13pm stating that there were still items in room 312, and to confirm we checked out earlier in the day. This message I saw and I quickly responded that we have not checked out and had the room reserved for an addition two nights.

Positives: We were only there for one night but it was GREAT- staff were courteous, helpful and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, rooms clean and the location was perfect for our vacation needs.
Negatives: The bathroom was handicap accessible which we didn’t need and so the shower water leaked out to the bathroom floor.

Positives: Staff was very friendly. Breakfasts were very good.
Negatives: Hotel Ice maker was down the whole time & ice maker in room did not work. Could not use the pool or hot tub-lifts were not working-non-compliant with ADA & said they "couldn't get the parts". Had been told prior to check-in that they worked.
