I was generally disappointed. It was a private room with a hot shower. That's pretty much all I can say in it's favor.
Negatives:
I had many options for a place to stay when I booked here, but chose the Holiday Inn Express because of the amenities (pool, hot breakfast with that nifty pancake machine, etc). Because of these ammenities I paid a couple hundred more than other available bookings
The room had massive stains all over the carpet, the ice machine didn't work, the in room fridge was barely cool. I wanted to swim but was told the indoor pool was closed long term then told when I was about to check out that it was not when it was too late. The breakfast had no juice, and the pancake machine kept breaking down, so no one could really use it.
Huge waste of money for ammentities that weren't really available. Just go with the cheaper rooms elsewhere and only book here if there are no other options because you will not get what you pay for.

a little hard to find without GPS and they allowed a guest to be very loud at breakfast ordering other guests which way to enter and exit the breakfast room

Positives:
It was close to the venue for the concert - room was beyond our expectation, very clean and spacious.
I accidentally broke my make-up mirror in bathroom, and they were there within minutes to sweep and vacuum!

Not a thing.. everything was really perfect!
