We got out of there.

None of the eight staff that I encountered greeted me or made eye contact with me. When I inquired at the desk about where I might find a functioning ice machine, the young man at the desk said, without looking up from his screen, “The one on the third floor may still work, but I don’t really know.” Terrible.
