Negatives: Fitness room door creaks and equipment is loud. Paper thin walls, can hear other room through the bathroom vent and outdated

Negatives: Stains on carpet and chairs, uncomfortable pillows. No elevator to 2nd floor. No easy access to our room from outside. A van full of people was parked near our room, they were soliciting us for drugs and money. Not a good neighborhood..

Negatives: The refrigerator had a smell. The bathroom didn't look clean.

Negatives: Upon pulling into the hotel parking lot, I encountered several homeless people who were just laying in the grass. Then I walked into the hotel receptionist who was more attentive to what was playing on her ear pods than working. She was extremely rude. After she can me the key cards to my room. I walked through hallways that reeked of nasty cigarette smoke even though there are multiple signs saying "100% NO SMOKING". Then entered the room. It smelled horrible like cigarettes and mold. There were stains and unknown substances on the walls and ceiling. Gross! The remote was disgusting and sticky. The bed were disgusting and covered in stains. The windows was BROKEN and would not latch shut. The bath tub was full of soap scum and it was filthy. I am now terrified we brought home bed bugs! This place was absolutely disgusting!! I should call and demand a refund!

Negatives: Absolutely disgusting Dirty beyond. Literally fecal matter on toilet

Negatives: Our door didn’t lock. The staff were not accommodating. The carpet was sticky. The place smelled. The beds had a plastic covering under the sheets. No elevator which is ok for us but the stairs were in need of repair.

Negatives: Room was dirty, hallway smelled like weed, ice and soda machine dude not work on 2nd floor

Negatives: They got bedbugs

Negatives: Everything the staff is rude and the rooms are bad

Negatives: The door was very difficult to close.

Negatives: No elevator (minor inconvenience if you don't get a room on the first floor). Room itself was AWFUL, carpet in the room was damp and reeked of mildew. Stained linens on the bed. The desk and Chair in the room were both broken (desk cracked in half! Chair missing a wheel). Mini fridge was also very gross, bathroom sink clearly wasn't cleaned because there was hair and soap residue in it. I tried to leave and get a refund and was told it was non refundable but I was welcome to leave anyways. If it had not been for the storm and loosing power in our home I would have slept with my kids in the car. Unfortunately, my youngest son has asthma and I needed power to use his nebulizer for breathing treatments, which were frequent that night because of the mildew/poor air quality on the room. 170$ wasted for a less than 12 hr stay and wasn't even offered any other accommodations. Please stay somewhere else, this place is the worst place I've ever stayed. Even the complimentary breakfast was terrible.

Negatives: The rooms are super old. The first had broken draws, melted leather desk and dirty carpet. After requesting a switch it was better but the rug still had stains and was very old.

Negatives: Housekeeping told me to take my own trash out of the room. Plus bathroom had roaches crawling in the bathroom floor.
