everything is available, a large hotel, the room has everything you need, it's warm. The water in the pool is comfortable, constant access to tea/coffee. Large free parking, clean hotel.

The extra bed hadn't been made up from the previous tenants, there was a water bottle under the bed. The room was a bit worn out, they charged $30 more from the card than was written on the receipt

Beds made only every other day. Terrible way to save money at the expense of guests. For this reason won’t return.

Staff was wonderful as our family had been traveling for hours and they checked us in quickly and allowed us to check out a little late. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was more than continental which made everyone happy! I was surprised we sat in the adjacent sitting areas a few times as we rarely have done anywhere. Cleanliness everywhere was a 10!

We wish the water in the pool was warmer. It felt like a stagnant place but it could have been the day. We could've asked for assistance but it was fine.
