Candlewood Suites Boston North Shore - Danvers By IHG

Positives: Very pleasant experience

Positives: I really liked staying here. I had a big room and a small kitchen which gave me the possibility to cook. The space was overall neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the Wifi as well as AC worked great. The drive to downtown Salem took me about 18 minutes dependent on traffic. For that price and in that location (grocery stores and restaurants nearby) I can just recommend it.

Positives: Very clean and spacious suite. Loved the mini kitchen.

Positives: Room was spacious, kitchenette was well equipped and felt homey. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Good water pressure, AC/heat worked well.

Positives: I miss the old staff the new staff could care less about there customers they changed me extra for my service dog who I need so I don’t have another stroke then told me to bad when I called and asked what the charge was for he said I saw your dog well I was not hiding him from you he is here to make sure I don’t die and the guy said I should have told him I don’t need to tell him my dogs is a service do I can see it it’s on his collar his leash and he never asked he just assumed and he was wrong I said I’m disputing the charges he said he is too I have all paperwork for my dog this guy is a young kid who has a lot of learning to do about customer service he acted like we were children about to fight we are grown adults I will be going above him and calling my back I hope he learns how to treat disabled customers or I hope they find some one new that was a crazy experience then when I told him I was a member he insisted I was not because I booked through a 3ed party how does that mean I’m not a member I still a member u was just more expensive as a member price than the 3ed party make it make since and I’ve stayed here plenty of times and never been charged for the dog

Positives: The front desk made a billing mistake& they are kicking me out with dirty clothes& nowhere to go, after they stole almost 800.00$ from me. I tried talking to the front desk& I wrote to the corporate offices& no one cared about me, or the mistake that was not my fault-again. I hate this country & how abusive Americans are.

Positives: Bad wet and mildew smell in the room like there was a previous water leak, fridge has a foul smell of rotted food when it is opened for use, Heat/AC would not turn on all night, room was clean but I will not book this location again!!
