Very good
Positives:
Staff, pillows, bed, grand feeling hotel.
Negatives:
Pool was a little sandy on the bottom and paint worn in the hot tub. Office chair in room had a ripped seat upholstery. A little warm looking. No towels at the pool and employee was unable to procure some. Had to go to housekeeping myself.

Decent but a bit worn...
Positives:
It was a decent area
Negatives:
That the beds weren’t that comfy, it was $18 per person for a continental breakfast, the walls were to thin (could hear people talking) there were kids running up and down the halls on the 4th floor, and that there is no discount for the water park. Too expensive in my eyes…I won’t be staying at this hotel anytime soon

It wasn’t the worst place...
Positives:
Breakfast was reportedly an add-on of $15 per person.
Negatives:
The room had only one device C-port for charging. I realize that use of hardwired C-ports is unwise, given the potential for data compromise. I was lucky to have remembered to pack both cables and charging blocks. In this case, the one C-port was useless anyhow, because it was part of the bedside clock that was inoperative (I checked' it was plugged in, but not working). As a late check-in, I had to park in the far end of the large lot, but that's on me.

Positives:
My room was perfect for my needs. After traveling for 6 days, it was nice to have a comfortable couch to sit on instead of sitting on a bed. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. Johanne greeted me as I checked in with a smile. She was courteous, professional, and efficient. The Doubletree was a perfect fit for my needs.

Superb
Positives:
Too many youngsters on property and we skipped your breakfast due literally overcrowded breakfast area. Truly it was pathetic. This is a Hilton, you are running it like a Super 8, or Motel 6. Hilton Honors absolutely does not apply to this property.
Negatives:
First, there was literally NO CHAIR in room 537. I went to the front desk 3 times and notified both front desk clerks that we needed a chair (we were there for a funeral). No chair ever arrived.
As mentioned we were there for a funeral, we occupied 7 rooms, we all requested to be near the room of the Widow. Not one of our rooms was even on her floor, let alone close to her.
I realize this property has to make a profit, but bus loads of teens, running down halls, pushing other kids around on 5th floor on desk chairs, and banging on doors of paying guests is simply unacceptable. Hotel staff FINALLY about 10 pm, got “chaperones” stationed on floors 4 and 5, sitting on chairs, which finally got the kids under control. As mentioned above, this is a Hilton, we are Honors members, there for a funeral, this property may fly a Hilton Flag, but it lacks the quality management and dignity of why people choose Hilton rather than Comfort Inns. Picture of no chair room attached. In my opinion, Hilton stands for quality. You should be ashamed.
