This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. On the second day of my stay, I found my room key disabled. After waiting over ten minutes for front desk staff, I finally got a new key — only to discover that all my personal belongings had been completely removed from the room. Clothes, charger, and other items were gone. Even my phone charger was unplugged and taken away, leaving me unable to charge my phone overnight.
This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a shocking lack of management and respect for guests. Never staying here again.
