The only thing good about this place is it's location off the highway and close proximity to shopping, dining and Salem

If I could give a negative rating I would. The pool is non functional and seems like it's been down for months. It's under construction and rooms are barely properly put together as it is. The hallways are disgusting and filthy. Infested with roaches!

Helpfulness of girl at front desk. After finding she had no room for me, EVEN THOU I HAD A CONFIRMED RESERVATION, she called several are places before she could find a reasonable priced room available.

Upon arrival I was told that my reservation was canceled and I was NEVER Notified!!!

Desk staff on Friday 9/19 was FANTASTIC and deserves a raise.

NOTHING, did not stay.
Negatives:
I did not stay at the residence. Upon my arrival they did not find my reservation. They said they did not have any rooms to accommodate my stay. Was arguing with them and booking.com for 2 hours.
The hotel was not helpful and they were annoyed to have to help. It looks like a methadone clinic.
I don't recommend this place at all.
