Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Cottage type layout is really nice and cozy.
Negatives:
Our bed was a little on the hard side. The ice maker in our room did not work (however staff provided ice for us). We could tell that people had smoked in this room and we need a non-smoking room. Still - overall - we'd do it again.

At one point, the water coming from the shower head and bath was brown. The sofa bed was not the best, and we had to ask for pillows as there were none for the sofa bed in the closet.
