We have stayed here many times. We live that it is dog friendly, the desk team is always extremely nice and accommodating, rooms are clean. Tammy at the bar is an outstanding asset to the property. She is great to talk to and handles a full room at once. She's an absolute pro!
Negatives:
We asked for cleaning service when we left in the morning and came home to find the room wasn't done. Very disappointing.

The breakfast was great. The selection was varied and everything was the correct temperature. The staff still helped me get things and assisted because of my physical challenges. I enjoyed each day and was able to have various meals.

I’m pretty picky about things because I had a 30 year career in hospitality as a chef and manager and I’m saying I liked everything!!!

My stay was absolutely superb, and comforting in all kinds of ways as I was displaced from my home.

Large room. Bed. Most staff were nice.
To be honest I would stay there again. But not until they have completed the upgrades. I would also confirm that there aren't any young sports teams booked at the same time.

Wasn't the handicap room required. Needed walk in shower. There isn't a hanger bar. As we were there for a wedding we had to hang things on the door.

Friendly staff, location was ideal for my visit, restaurant on-site was convenient.
Negatives:
Pool was closed for renovations with no mention at time of booking, room came without a bathtub, had to move to a room that had one, room door wouldn't open without assistance, room smelled musty, tv was not plugged in and had to call maintenance as I couldn't move the bureau myself. Too many issues for what I paid per night.

Expected more from a Hilton property
Positives:
Easy access to the hotel and to my room.
Negatives:
The restaurant inside wasn't that great. The night I arrived, I tried for 2 hours to get room service. I went down to the restaurant and waited to try to get an order placed, and the lady pretended she didn't see me. The restaurant wasn't even that busy. Morning breakfast buffet had empty trays and dried up food. I was down at 7 am. It wasn't the end of service times.
