The Breakfast buffet was good except that the milk was under lock and key so you couldn't have the cereal there
Negatives:
The dining area was dirty and sticky. All the tables and floors were sticky where the paper napkins got stuck to the surfaces they touched. The room toilet didn't flush properly. The bathroom vent was just decorative and did not work. There was no hot water in either sink so we had to wash dishes in the shower. We were charged a $25 service charge per day to park on the premises that was not disclosed before we came.

I loved the room where we stayed my only complaint is that the carpet smelled like wet dog and there was no body wash in the container. Apart from that everything else was extellent!

It's in a fairly good spot, short distance to public transport and to a nice shopping area with good for value stores.
I liked the easiness and calmness in the hotel and the area around the hotel.
I felt I was visiting the "real" Boston in this location and still just minutes from the buzzing downtown.
Negatives:
Would have liked a bit bigger facility during breakfast, but it was never too crowded.

It's not smoke-free. It reeks of Marijuana and the hallways you can visibly see the smoke in the air. I have chronic asthma. I wasn't able to stay for more than 2 hours. I felt as if I was suffocating.

Positives:
This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in! The staff were extremely nice and answered any question we had. The workout facility is excellent.
Negatives:
When filtered in booking.com for indoor pool, it came up in the list. However, it does not have one in case that happens to anyone else!
