Negatives: The mice in my room

Negatives: Tired decor, particularly the bathroom. But it was a clean comfortable room.

Negatives: Room was ghetto. Hallways dimly lit, space in floors , outdoors exposed, freezing, reeked of marijuna. Room smelled like mildew, stains on furniture, shower curtain, sheets wrinkled, paint patches everywhere, sticky in drawers. Someone tried to open our door in the middle of the night. Terrible experience. Reached out to booking.com and hotel for resolution and no help from website and no response from hotel. Very disappointed. I waited to give review in hopes they cared but obviously they do not. I do not recommend this property if traveling with family.

Negatives: The place is old and furniture is worn. My room had a worn out mattress the was sunk in. The staff did move me which was better but no one should have been assigned that broken worn out mattress.

Negatives: The place is run down and there is nothing around that is easy to get to hot cannot get across the large busy street only one place to eat

Negatives: Wifi didn't work and the font desk wasn't helpful. Couldn't use your key to get in through the side door.

Negatives: Checked in Staff - One particular person. Property is old but clean and room is decent apart from the old smell (not fresh or refreshed smell) when you entered the room. Toilet flush sounded like a big crash and disturbing esp at night. TV, fridge and other accessories are available in the room. Good. The check-in staff was extremely RUDE and shockingly BRAZEN. There was a woman (black with nose ring and long blonde wig with a hair band) at the reception. She impressed upon us and everyone waiting to be checked-in as if we were begging for free accommodation. If im the hotel operator, I would FIRE that person on the SPOT. She brought down the reputation of the BRAND. We arrived at 2:58PM. The woman behavior towards us was unacceptable. She could have gently said kindly wait for another 2-3 minutes and check in will be processed accordingly. Instead, she said with such RUDE tone with an angry ugly expression on her face to wait and cannot check in until 3PM. There was another gentleman besides us waiting to be checked in. We were all shocked!!! by the behavior of this QUEEN of Ramada Boston.

Negatives: I was not able to take a shower because the faucet handle was broken

Negatives: The facilities are broken. The coffee maker was unusable.

Negatives: Rooms are outdated, my room smelled like cigarettes, very loud

Negatives: More like a glorified motel with semi-interior entry, layout is a bit of a maze, no change for laundry, only one washing machine worked, local news TV channels were blurry, didn’t feel like a Ramada

Negatives: The ladies by the breakfast area were kinda rude when you ask them questions they ignore you

Negatives: The room and paperwork said it was non smoking, but our room reeked of cigarette smell. Also, paying extra to park is ridiculous when the price is always included with your stay whether you have a vehicle or not.

Negatives: No issues with the location whatsoever

Negatives: Electronic Door Lock for our room out of order, a staff person had to let us into our room each time, like being in a prison I suppose. Room in pretty bad condition, the shower water control take a gorilla to turn it on and the hot and cold are reversed from what they should be. Overall not a very well maintained facility except the lounge and breakfast areas. I will not ever or recommend this place to anyone !!!
