Positives: Good location, felt clean and spacious.
Negatives: Many hotels will have a daily room make-up and offer the chance to reduce this to every second or 3rd day etc. The default here is every second day. I had no issue with that as I don’t need a daily clean. But it meant that water bottles were only given on every second day. Travelling long haul for work, I wanted to stay hydrated so hoped for a daily replenish of water. When I asked at reception for new bottles on the day the room wasn’t cleaned I was told I had to pay for them. This I felt poor. Hilton have signs in the room and all over the hotel saying - if something isn’t right, please say and we will make it right. Not sure I agree that the position on reception matched this philosophy. Having complementary water in the room on a daily basis is a norm in all other hotels.
