Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

We had to pay for breakfast. We had to pay for parking. The pool wasn't open and it's been close for a long time. Pictures show a beautiful pool, but they don't ever open it. The staff said they didn't have any rooms available, but on the website there were some. Too quick to say no rooms available.

The pool was closed. We had to pay for parking- what a joke. And breakfast was not included. We booked thru a third party who said pool, continental breakfast and free parking. There was long black hair on the bathroom floor upon our arrival

I am a mom of 2 young kids and booked this hotel because of the pool and complementary breakfast that is advertised. Got to the hotel to find the pool not be open and actually it hasn’t been open since 2020!! Why advertise the pool?! Also what I expected and what was advertised was the complementary breakfast. I asked someone at the front desk and was told they don’t do that and never have! There was no coffee left either. Traveling with two young kids takes preparation and I would have never chosen to stay here if I had known. There was also a wedding party staying at the hotel. They were up all hours of the night blasting music. My kids, husband and I were woken up several times into the early morning. Why would you put a family with two young children on the 3rd floor with a wedding party? Does not make sense. To top it all off, when I got my final statement, I was charged $5 each night for parking! That put me over the top. I am so disappointed and feel taken advantage of. There needs to be changes made so future families like mine can enjoy what they thought they paid for.
