The cleaning services were not regular. The air conditioning was so noisy and kept coming on and off all night. Fridge was noisy too

Pool is closed. Hot tub was closed. The couch and the room was all soiled toilet paper holder broke off the wall and upon checking in. It was nobody at the front desk is still there and had to wait until some maintenance guy came by and then had to go in the back and get someone to help me.

The room was an absolute mess. Carpets were all falling apart. The walls had a few holes from doors swinging. Water pressure and hot water was awful. There was a musty smell to the room. Parking was slim folks had to park alongside the property line. No pool no restaurant just a small breakfast in the morning that continually ran out of food because they were overbooked. To start it all off when I arrived they said I had no reservation. Thank God this kind woman who appeared to be a manager was there to save the day. I really could not wait to get out of there. Due to concerts in the area many hotels were sold out.
