I tried to called and you couldn't leave a message their mailbox was full. They were people smoking and playing loud music at the hotel entrance.

WE were attending a music festival in NH, This location was easy to find.
Negatives:
The breakfast was quite disappointing. The coffee was weak. I just had a piece of toast, no jelly available. The options were 2 cereals, toast (white or wheat), juice, waffles which was being used. We were given a room on the second floor and had to carry the luggage as there was not an elevator. The front desk clerk was not very friendly or informative.

Breakfast very basic and dining room neglected (napkins and left-overs from other guests all over the place).

The room was alright. The bedding was clean. Pillows were just ok, not great.. The air conditioner worked well.
Negatives:
The whole facility desperately needs a makeover. In the room, the bathroom tub especially needs help. There were also chunks of wall that were coming off. The room was NOT worth what I paid for it.
