Room was clean and comfortable. The two ladies working the breakfast buffet were friendly and attentive.
Negatives:
Arrived late (midnight) for check-in due to 2hrs of traffic. No one at front, waited 10min, had to walk around to knock on back door when receptionist came from down the hall with basket full of laundry. She seemed to be bothered by me standing there and said what did you need. My encounter with her was rude and unwelcoming. She didnt provide any information regarding layout of hotel, where to best park or instructions of how to get my family (exhausted kids) to the room since it was our first visit at this hotel.
