Everything super clean and fresh cozy decor nice breakfast great hospitality Everyone greets you with a smile very positive happy energy here unlike any other chain hotels really comfortable beds and nice view from the rooms . Great price for all you get love this place! 2nd stay here just as good as 1st time we will be back again

The location is back from the road, so it was quiet. Staff was very helpful. Large breakfast area with many food choices. Shopping and some restaurants nearby.

2nd floor hallway carpet needed repairing. It was kinking all over and was unsightly. Ventilation unit in room was noisy/rattling. Had to move the trash can against the unit to silence it. Bit pricey but it was during a popular time of year.

I thought the room was GREAT -- we had a hot tub. The hot tub was actually the entire reason that we booked and drove three hours. The breakfast offered was also amazing. I loved the swamp and the chairs out back. There was also lots to do around town. We didn't get to do much because we were enjoying our time at the hotel. We definitely plan to come back and do more things in the surrounding area.
Negatives:
It was just a little noisy in the hall when the staff was working; but that's not their fault it's more about the fact that the walls were a bit thin. It was also hard to reach the front desk in the evening by phone. I'd have to call several times or go down there myself. It would be nice if more towels were provided in the rooms that have hot tubs also. ALSO THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE ELEVATOR! It was terrifying. I took the stairs most of the time. I also DID NOT like that I specifically asked about the incidentals hold and was told it was 25 per night, but THEN when I went home and tried to order dinner my card was declined because there was a 165 dollar incidentals hold. It would be good if the staff was informed on their own policies so their guests could properly plan ahead.
