There was construction work going on in this hotel. Lobby area was messy. I was given a room in 2nd floor. I checked into the room and after 15 minutes saw roof was leaking. When I complained, I had to change the room to 4th floor, wasted good 40 minutes

Upon checking in I was told the water would be shut off at 11:00 am and checkout was not until 12:00. My 13 year old son was with me and this was a surprise getaway and relaxing for us but felt rushed to get up and shower etc
Also at 9:30 housekeeping was banging on the door and opened the door and I said check out is at 12:00 correct? And she turned and walked away. So we were woken at 9:30 along with water being shut off at 11:00 feeling as though we were being rushed out.

Very poor handicap parking, located a long distance from the main door. Only one service of coffee in the room, if you wanted more you had to purchase from their Starbucks. The price was definitely more than it was worth, I will not return nor recommend it.
