The room was nice and I liked the omelet in the morning I also absolutely loved the refillable shampoo and soap dispensers - no plastic!

No room service - the pillows were not supportive. The choice of television stations was subpar - at least offer Netflix or something or max without commercials

The bed was one of the best I have slept on in a hotel.

The main elevator to get to the parking area was out of order which caused confusion on how to get to the parking area.

Breakfast is outstanding! There is a lovely, small bar in the dining area that my husband and I would have a drink in the evenings, the happy hour is a great bonus! The hotel is very clean!
Negatives:
A bigger pool and hot tub, as it would get crowded, at times. It would also be nice if the pool/hot tub area would say open later, perhaps until 11:00pm or 11:30pm. When people are on vacation, they tend to stay up later, so it would be nice to have more access to it.

Wonderfully relaxing stay!
Positives:
As always the staff was amazing, the place was clean, the food was great, and they treat us like treasures guests.
Negatives:
The only trouble we ever have is only a minor inconvenience. The hotel hosts different sport groups that attend tournaments at NESC. Sometimes the elevator gets a little backed up.

We chose this hotel for the comfort of having a suite with two queen beds, but it was good all-around. We may stay here again when we want to get away for a weekend.
Negatives:
The initial room we were given appeared to be under repair, but a call to the front desk got instant attention and we were in a different room within a few minutes. Excellent and prompt attention to the issue and the only glitch in our three-night stay.
