Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The smell of the room was repulsive. It is still on all my clothing after leaving. We had to go out and buy odor spray just so we could sleep at night.

The desk staff when they where there where polite.

Desk staff missing most of the time. Halls were nasty. Trash all over them. Couldn’t get clean towels. Rooms never got touched while I stayed my 4 days. No breakfast. Coffee was cold first morning.

Room was not ready when we checked in…3 hours after our check in time. Room was still dirty. Food from previous people was in the chairs and on the floor. Cabinets broken. Knobs on dresser drawers missing and broken off. Missing bottom piece of shelf on fridge, the whole shelf was missing. Broke toilet paper roll. Beds were so uncomfortable. Did not live up to the website pictures or reviews.

Missing knobs for the bathroom sink. Microwave broke while attempting to warm food. Some how the door on the microwave would no longer open, and because I didn't want to break the door, I didn't eat my food. Called for maintenance and no one answered the phone, so it was not replaced. No compensation, not a good stay

The smoke free room had blood on the walls and floor, I was told “it’s not blood, it’s brown”.. the next room had a missing bathroom door and patches to the walls.. they claimed they took the room out of service on accident.. room 3 cigarette smoke.
