No hot water . I complained to management around 6:30am and they said they would have someone come up and take a look. The maintenance person arrived 20 min before checkout . I had to wash myself in the sink since the water in the shower was ice freezing cold it was terrible. Management said they would reimburse me 50 percent of what I paid for the say but never honored that. RUN and Stay away

Positives:
One room had holes in the doors, missing laminate on the countertop, window screens broken, bathroom shelf broken, wear spots on the tub, and missing many of the advertised amenities. Grab and go breakfast was maybe coffee if you were lucky and a granola bar. Service was not friendly. Hallways were dirty. I will never stay at this chain of hotels again.
