Cockroaches. Arrived, started to unpack. Squashed a cockroach, brought it to front desk, asked for refund. Also room not clean and large ants on floor.

I didnt like anything about it. Booking paid for the room when I asked to be billed at the site. Then the site double paid. So before I even saw the room I had paid for the place 3x. The room was dirty, dingy. No towels, toilet paper and smelled. We decided not to stay, requested refunds from you- Booking.com and Extended stay, and still have not received thenm.
