A nice hotel to stay...
Positives:
I have been using this hotel for many years, maybe 2-4 times per year.
The location is ok and overal it is one of the better hotels - NORMALLY
Negatives:
I arrived on Saturday evening, to be met what could only be called out out of control kindergarten/school kids going crazy.
I attempted to sit in the bar and have food but the noise was so out of control the staff arranged for me to sit in a separate side room. The parents were there and just let maybe 20-30 children just run around, scream and shout.
More than that they then ran up and down in the bedroom areas until almost midnight.
My last time staying here - certainly during the hockey season

My first time at this Hilton location, family event at College of the Holy Cross. Absolutely loved it. The place was clean, the entrance was grand and extremely inviting.
