Negatives: I booked it for my great granddaughter 4 th birthday.because she love to swim,I called ahead to see if the pool was open.replied yes .well it was open ,but not heated it was 32 degrees outside.needless to say she was in the water for 15 minutes.was too cold .and we had to call front desk for towels .all and all it did not turn out well for her birthday
