Positives: Beds were comfy, gentleman in breakfast room and Cory at bar pleasant and friendly. The lavender sauces were a very pleasant touch, gym was well equipped, pool area small but clean.

Negatives: Hair in our towels, shower not adequately cleaned on arrival body wash all down the bottle , no garbage bags for wet garbage( food, tea bags,etc.) had to ask for hot water when cold water and coffee in the Lounge at all times. Gym - people kept coming in to take water from fridge, post work out there was none left. Suggestion of wipes to wipe down equipment after use( gym people use to that).asked for towels at front desk they did not arrive until next day when room was cleaned however still no garbage bags or restock of tea bags, body wash still over outside of container.
