Negatives: Not clean. Room had mold on lampshade, cigarette butt on floor, old wrappers on floor. Lamp and clock not plugged in.

Negatives: Lighting in the bathroom (shower/toilet) Lighting in the sink/make up/hair area (I never understand why hotels do not include better lighting at the sink/mirror area where most woman/men will be doing hair, make up, shaving, grooming! It is awful; stylish, but awful for getting ready to go out anywhere) Room was clean, but looking a little worn (doors were banged up, carpet had pulled strands that were not trimmed or cut back, etc.) For a room this size, there was only one extra "lounge/accent" chair. It felt like it was missing a couch or another accent chair and table.... Seasonal issue: Ladybeetles where in the room. We captured at least a 1/2 dozen and put them outside... but there were more huddled in a corner of the ceiling when we returned after dark... for those who don't know what this is, it would freak them out...we are from NE so we know, but they are still annoying!

Negatives: Small room, our room was missing a side chair (obvious by the empty spot on the wall by the bed and the lamp stand “tossed” in the opposite corner by the desk but not plugged in). Coffee HORRIBLE and questionable (going bad) orange juice at breakfast.

Negatives: The lobby area needs like a makeover. Some stuff there was just not giving me clean vibes. The complimentary breakfast was pretty much inedible when it came to the hot foods and when I got Orange juice, I had weird stuff at the bottom of my cup, seems like they just need to dedicate more effort to keeping everything clean especially when it comes to where people eat or drink from

Negatives: Lots of construction workers staying at this Location up and out very early each morning and our room was by an entrance Security questionable rug often put in entrance Door to avoid using room keys. When booking pool was listed as an amenity Not so, disappointed Very busy location often hard to leave onto street

Negatives: Had a hard time parking, too many big trucks

Negatives: Facilities needs TLC and not good housekeeping. WiFi access was unpar.

Negatives: Toilet seat was loose. Old property that is upgraded some vestiges like the crappy storage shed in the back are still there. Elevator is extremely s-l-o-w. Unless you stay in the front of the house, you can’t see your car or the parking lot.

Negatives: The room felt spare. The building was unappealing from the outside. Everything was very modest and no-frills. Very unlikely we would stay there again.

Negatives: The elevator. Is no look good dirty lots marks not good presentation for. The guess

Negatives: The fragrance used in the foyer and lobby were overwhelming. I have a breathing problem and the smell was very strong.
