The smell of cigarette smoke was very strong in the hallway. It is apparent that hotel guests do not honor the 100% smoke-free rule, and the hotel's ventilation system cannot handle it.

Very small room smelling heavily of cleaning products. Previous occupants' towel on bathroom door, Q-tips between desk and TV cabinet. About 2 feet access around bed only one chair at desk. Aired out room still smelled.

good location. room worked well. room had blackout blinds that worked. bed was comfortable and we slept well. breakfast eggs and yogurt were good.
Negatives:
Ordered a king room given 2 queens. Some road noise but slept well with plugs. clean room but dirty window. weak breakfast. watery juice. unpalatable instant coffee machine. cold mushy potatoes. no bacon the days we were there. we had breakfast elsewhere.

Not much. The place smells. There we very strange people throughout the place. The toilet wasn't secure to the floor and the seat was loose

The floor we were staying on smelled like cigarettes even though this was suppose to be a smoke free hotel. The cleaning staff made us wait for the elevator so they can use it for themselves on two occasions
