Negatives:
When I got there they did not have a clean room no key cards. Waited 2 hours for the person to put sheets on just one bed. I left because the other unmade bed had bugs. Discusting hotel every part of it was dirty. Went accross the street to the Marriot. Better value and clean. I saw how staff makes rooms up first hand. I would never stay there.

Positives:
We were put on the second floor so no major climbs and location very close to restaurants and highway.
Negatives:
The whole reason I chose this hotel was the pool. It was not noted that the pool was closed. We arrived at the hotel and the first thing my son asked was can we go swimming. Note on door said open may 1st....it was may 2nd. I would have booked a different hotel had they mentioned the pool was under construction.

Hotel was nice and rooms were ok. Breakfast is from 6am to 9:30am so that's better than most, good selection.
Negatives:
The TV didn't operate correctly, I tried addressing the issue with the front desk and all they tried was another remote and I did nothing. Had to leave it on one channel the entire stay.
The pool had no lights and the provided towel were pretty small.
The noise issue at 10pm at night was an issue as well.. lots of banging and such. I attempted to speak to the front desk and they informed me nobody was on the 3 or 4th floor but there was definitely banging.
The shower head in the hotel room was disgusting! The build up on the shower head was VERY noticeable.
I attempted to address all issue with front desk and was just told they would take care of it.
